- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Sauté the onions: In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
