Ingredients

4 cups broccoli florets, chopped small

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
For the dressing:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, Honeycrisp apple, red onion, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and cheddar cheese (if using).

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
