Description

This honey butter skillet corn is a sweet, buttery, and creamy side dish that comes together in just minutes! It’s the perfect quick and easy addition to any dinner or holiday table. Using frozen corn, rich butter, a touch of honey, and a splash of cream cheese, it delivers big flavor with minimal effort.

 


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 4 cups frozen corn (about 1 lb)

  • 2 ounces cream cheese (cut into chunks)

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

  • Stir in the honey and let it warm for about 30 seconds.

  • Add the frozen corn and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

  • Add the cream cheese, salt, and pepper.

  • Stir until the cream cheese is fully melted and everything is well combined.

Notes

  • You can use fresh or canned corn as a substitute, just be sure to drain canned corn well.

  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a sprinkle of paprika for a little kick.
