  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

  2. Add Dijon mustard and minced garlic, and whisk or shake well.
  3. Mix in oregano, basil, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  4. Optional: add honey or sugar for a touch of sweetness.
  5. Whisk or shake again until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.
