Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the salmon for 4-6 minutes per side, until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
