- ½ cup diced bell pepper
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the hash browns: Heat olive oil in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the hash browns and cook until golden and crispy.
