Description

Harvest Punch is a refreshing, fruity beverage perfect for autumn gatherings. It’s made with apple cider, orange juice, and sparkling ginger ale, and can be served chilled or over ice with sliced fruits for a festive touch.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the apple cider, orange juice, pineapple juice, and lemon juice.
  2. Stir in the cinnamon if using.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Just before serving, add the ginger ale and mix gently.
  5. Add sliced apple and orange to the punch.
  6. Serve over ice if desired.

Notes
