Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything together until well combined. Do not overmix to avoid tough burgers.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat and brush it lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill the turkey patties for 5-6 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Toast the burger buns on the grill, if desired, for 1-2 minutes.
