Description

A fresh and summery salad combining sweet grilled peaches, creamy burrata cheese, and a tangy balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 4 cups arugula or mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans or walnuts
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the peach halves with olive oil.
  3. Grill the peaches for 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear and peaches are slightly softened.
  4. Arrange arugula or mixed greens on a serving platter.
  5. Place grilled peaches and torn pieces of burrata over the greens.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  7. Sprinkle with toasted pecans or walnuts and fresh basil leaves.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm peaches for best grilling results.
  • Substitute burrata with fresh mozzarella if needed.
