Description

A refreshing and nutrient-packed Green Detox Juice made with fresh spinach, green apple, cucumber, kiwi, lemon, and a hint of ginger. This juice is perfect for cleansing your system, boosting energy, and providing a delicious way to get your daily greens.

Ingredients

Scale

Produce

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled (optional)
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Liquids

  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water

Others

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and prep all your fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Peel and chop the cucumber, kiwi, and ginger for easier blending.
  2. Blend: In a blender, combine the spinach, green apple, cucumber, kiwi, lemon juice, ginger (if using), and water. Blend until smooth and no large chunks remain.
  3. Strain (Optional): If you prefer a smoother juice, pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl, pressing down with a spoon to extract the liquid.
  4. Serve: Pour the juice into a glass over ice cubes if desired. Garnish with a lemon slice or a sprig of mint for extra flair and serve immediately to enjoy maximum freshness.

Notes

  • Use cold coconut water for a naturally sweet, hydrating boost and added electrolytes.
  • Straining the juice is optional, depending on your preference for pulp texture.
  • Add ginger cautiously to adjust spiciness according to taste.
  • Consume the juice fresh for the highest nutrient retention and best flavor.
  • Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
