Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and prep all your fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Peel and chop the cucumber, kiwi, and ginger for easier blending.
- Blend: In a blender, combine the spinach, green apple, cucumber, kiwi, lemon juice, ginger (if using), and water. Blend until smooth and no large chunks remain.
- Strain (Optional): If you prefer a smoother juice, pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl, pressing down with a spoon to extract the liquid.
- Serve: Pour the juice into a glass over ice cubes if desired. Garnish with a lemon slice or a sprig of mint for extra flair and serve immediately to enjoy maximum freshness.
