Ingredients
Green Beans:
- 1 lb fresh green beans (trimmed)
Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Green Beans: Boil salted water, add green beans, cook for 3–4 minutes, drain, and set aside.
- Make Creamy Parmesan Sauce: Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic, add heavy cream, simmer, stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until slightly thickened.
- Combine and Serve: Add green beans to the skillet, toss in the sauce, heat through, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with parsley.
