- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Herbs and Spices
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¾ teaspoon dried minced onion
- ¾ teaspoon dried chives
- ½–¾ teaspoon granulated garlic (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- 3–4 pinches black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with dried parsley, salt, dried minced onion, dried chives, granulated garlic, dried dill, and black pepper.
- Mix Thoroughly: Stir the mixture until it becomes smooth and all the seasonings are well incorporated into the yogurt.
- Chill and Meld Flavors: Transfer the ranch dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop and blend thoroughly.
- Serve: Use this versatile Greek Yogurt Ranch as a dip for fresh vegetables, a dressing for salads, or a spread for wraps and sandwiches.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of granulated garlic and black pepper according to your taste preferences.
- For a thinner dressing consistency, you can add a small amount of milk or water.
- Store the dressing in the refrigerator and consume within 5-7 days for best freshness.
- Using full-fat Greek yogurt will result in a creamier texture, but low-fat yogurt can be substituted for a lighter option.
