Description

These Greek Veggie Pizza Squares are a fun and flavorful twist on traditional pizza. Loaded with fresh Mediterranean ingredients like tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, and feta cheese, they’re perfect as an appetizer, party snack, or a light lunch. Quick to prepare and full of color, these squares are always a crowd favorite!


Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 1/2 cup hummus or Greek yogurt (for the base)

  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber

  • 1/2 cup chopped cherry tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Olive oil (optional, for drizzling)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Roll out crescent dough onto a baking sheet and press seams together to form a rectangle.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely.

  • Spread hummus or Greek yogurt evenly over the cooled crust.

  • Top with cucumber, tomatoes, olives, red onion, and feta cheese.

  • Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil if desired.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley.

 

  • Cut into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.


Notes

  • For extra flavor, try using roasted red pepper hummus.

  • You can make this ahead of time and refrigerate for up to 4 hours before serving.

  • Swap feta for a dairy-free cheese to make it vegan.
