Description

Crispy, savory garlic-flavored Ritz crackers baked to golden perfection—an irresistible snack perfect for parties or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

  • 24 Ritz crackers
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic (or garlic powder), chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange Ritz crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush each cracker generously with the garlic-butter mixture.
  5. If desired, sprinkle a small pinch of Parmesan cheese on each cracker.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes, or until crackers are golden around the edges.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes—the crackers will crisp up as they cool.
  8. Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, flip crackers halfway through baking.
  • Make a big batch and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Adjust garlic intensity to taste—add more for bold flavor.
  • Swap parsley for chopped chives or rosemary for a different herb twist.
