Ingredients
- 24 Ritz crackers
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ¼ teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic (or garlic powder), chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange Ritz crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush each cracker generously with the garlic-butter mixture.
- If desired, sprinkle a small pinch of Parmesan cheese on each cracker.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes, or until crackers are golden around the edges.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes—the crackers will crisp up as they cool.
- Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, flip crackers halfway through baking.
- Make a big batch and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Adjust garlic intensity to taste—add more for bold flavor.
- Swap parsley for chopped chives or rosemary for a different herb twist.
