Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place tilapia fillets in a baking dish lined with parchment or lightly greased.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the tilapia fillets.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
