Description

Garlic Butter Oven Baked Tilapia is a quick and healthy dish featuring flaky tilapia fillets baked in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place tilapia fillets in a baking dish lined with parchment or lightly greased.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
