Ingredients
For the Beef:

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup honey BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)

For the Tacos:

8 small flour or corn tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 lime, cut into wedges (for serving)
Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks (about 6–8 minutes).

Drain excess fat if needed. Season with salt and pepper.

Stir in the honey BBQ sauce and honey. Let it simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef.
