Tender garlic-butter chicken bites served over creamy Parmesan pasta—a rich and comforting family‑favorite dinner ready in about 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz pasta (any shape)
- fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large pan over medium heat, warm olive oil. Add cubed chicken, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, cook 6‑8 min until golden and cooked through; remove and set aside.
- Lower heat, add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant (1‑2 min); remove chicken and keep warm.
- Add remaining 1 tbsp butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan to pan; stir until sauce thickens (~3‑4 min).
- Toss cooked pasta in creamy sauce, return chicken bites on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, serve hot.
Notes
- Add a splash of reserved pasta water if sauce becomes too thick.
- Use gluten‑free pasta to make it gluten‑free.
- For extra veggies, stir in sautéed spinach or broccoli at the end.
