Description

Tender garlic-butter chicken bites served over creamy Parmesan pasta—a rich and comforting family‑favorite dinner ready in about 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz pasta (any shape)
  • fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan over medium heat, warm olive oil. Add cubed chicken, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, cook 6‑8 min until golden and cooked through; remove and set aside.
  3. Lower heat, add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant (1‑2 min); remove chicken and keep warm.
  4. Add remaining 1 tbsp butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan to pan; stir until sauce thickens (~3‑4 min).
  5. Toss cooked pasta in creamy sauce, return chicken bites on top.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley, serve hot.

Notes

  • Add a splash of reserved pasta water if sauce becomes too thick.
  • Use gluten‑free pasta to make it gluten‑free.
  • For extra veggies, stir in sautéed spinach or broccoli at the end.
