- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken in a single layer and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter.
- Once melted, stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return chicken to the pan and toss to coat in garlic butter.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Ensure the skillet is hot before adding chicken to get a good sear.
- Do not overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
- Serve with rice, pasta, or vegetables for a complete meal.
