Ingredients
-
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
-
8 mozzarella cheese sticks (or cut cheese into 3-inch pieces)
-
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
-
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1/4 teaspoon salt
-
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
-
Place a piece of mozzarella at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up tightly toward the point.
-
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and parsley (if using).
-
Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down.
-
Brush each roll generously with the garlic butter mixture.
-
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
-
Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and more parsley before serving.
Notes
-
For extra flavor, add a pinch of Italian seasoning to the garlic butter.
-
You can use shredded mozzarella if you don’t have cheese sticks—just pack it tightly before rolling.
-
Serve with warm marinara or ranch for dipping.
