Description

These Garlic Butter Cheesy Crescent Rolls are soft, golden, and stuffed with gooey mozzarella cheese. They’re brushed with homemade garlic butter and baked to perfection—perfect as a side dish, party snack, or even a quick appetizer!


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)

  • 8 mozzarella cheese sticks (or cut cheese into 3-inch pieces)

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

 

  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.

  • Place a piece of mozzarella at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up tightly toward the point.

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and parsley (if using).

  • Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down.

  • Brush each roll generously with the garlic butter mixture.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.

 

  • Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and more parsley before serving.


Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of Italian seasoning to the garlic butter.

  • You can use shredded mozzarella if you don’t have cheese sticks—just pack it tightly before rolling.

 

  • Serve with warm marinara or ranch for dipping.
