Description

Tender beef bites and crispy baby potatoes coated in a flavorful garlic butter sauce—perfect for a comforting, hearty meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb (450 g) baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tbsp (60 g) unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  2. Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper; spread on baking sheet.
  3. Roast potatoes for 20–25 minutes until golden and tender.
  4. While potatoes roast, melt 2 tbsp butter in skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add beef bites, season with salt and pepper, and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned but still juicy; remove and set aside.
  6. In same skillet, add remaining 2 tbsp butter and garlic; cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Return beef to skillet; toss to coat in garlic butter sauce.
  8. Remove roasted potatoes from oven; add to skillet and toss with beef and sauce.
  9. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Choose firm baby potatoes so they hold shape when roasting.
  • Sirloin is tender and flavorful—alternatively use ribeye or flank steak.
  • For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the garlic.
  • Can swap parsley for cilantro or chives.
