Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 lemon slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spoon the garlic butter mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Top each fillet with a lemon slice.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with extra parsley and serve immediately.
