Description

A refreshing and healthy Frozen Yogurt Bark made with creamy Greek yogurt, mixed berries, crunchy granola, and a hint of honey and vanilla. Perfect as a cool, guilt-free snack or dessert that’s easy to prepare and great for hot days.

Ingredients

Scale

Yogurt Mixture

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Fruit and Toppings

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Prepare workspace: Gather mixing bowls, a spatula, and a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to ensure a smooth preparation process.
  2. Mix yogurt base: In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully blended.
  3. Add berries: Gently fold the mixed berries into the yogurt mixture to evenly distribute the fruit without breaking them down.
  4. Spread mixture: Pour and spread the yogurt and berry mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet to about half an inch thickness, creating a flat surface for freezing.
  5. Add granola topping: Sprinkle the granola evenly over the top of the yogurt layer for added texture and crunch.
  6. Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely firm to achieve the bark consistency.
  7. Serve: When frozen solid, remove from freezer and allow to sit for a few minutes to soften slightly before cutting into pieces for serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use full-fat Greek yogurt for creaminess.
  • You can swap mixed berries for any favorite fruit like kiwi or mango.
  • Maple syrup is a great vegan substitute for honey.
  • Store leftover bark in an airtight container in the freezer.
  • Cut the bark with a sharp knife to avoid cracking.
