- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup Fireball cinnamon whisky
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix, milk, and Fireball whisky until smooth and thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Add the crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, chopped pecans (if using), and ground cinnamon. Stir gently to mix.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve chilled and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or extra marshmallows if desired.
Notes
- Use less Fireball for a milder version.
- Can be made a day ahead—store covered in the refrigerator.
