Ingredients
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (without seasoning)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional for heat)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, brown sugar, and water. Set the sauce aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour the sauce over them.
- Toss the noodles to coat evenly in the sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy your easy saucy ramen noodles.

- You can add vegetables like bell peppers, carrots, or spinach for extra nutrition.
