Description

Ingredients

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (without seasoning)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional for heat)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, brown sugar, and water. Set the sauce aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour the sauce over them.
  5. Toss the noodles to coat evenly in the sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your easy saucy ramen noodles.
