Description

This Easy Pizza Dip is the ultimate party appetizer! It’s hot, cheesy, and loaded with your favorite pizza flavors like marinara, melted mozzarella, and crispy pepperoni. Serve it with breadsticks, crackers, or veggies—it’s always a hit!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 15-20 slices of pepperoni

  • Optional toppings: chopped bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, red pepper flakes

  • To serve: toasted baguette slices, crackers, or tortilla chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Spread the mixture evenly into the bottom of a small baking dish or pie plate.

  3. Pour the marinara sauce over the cream cheese layer and spread it out evenly.

  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top of the sauce.

  5. Add the pepperoni slices (and any additional toppings, if using) over the cheese.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Let cool slightly and serve warm with dippers of your choice.


Notes

  • You can swap pepperoni for sausage or keep it vegetarian with just veggies.

  • Use low-fat cream cheese and part-skim mozzarella for a lighter version.
