- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers and sauté until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in cream cheese, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined and creamy.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle provolone and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use thinly sliced ribeye for a more authentic Philly steak flavor.
- You can add mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side salad or over rice for a complete meal.
- To make it spicier, add red pepper flakes or jalapeños.
