Description

These easy fudgy Oreo brownies are rich, chocolatey, and loaded with chunks of Oreo cookies in every bite. They’re the perfect treat for Oreo lovers and brownie fans alike—super simple to make and irresistibly gooey!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped

 

  • Optional: extra Oreos for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth and glossy.

  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk until well combined.

  4. Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir until just combined—do not overmix.

  5. Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Press a few extra Oreo pieces on top if you’d like.

  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  8. Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares.


Notes

  • For an extra gooey texture, remove brownies from the oven right when the center is set but still soft.

  • You can use double-stuffed Oreos or any flavor variation you like.

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days, or freeze for longer storage.
