Description

These garlic knots are soft, fluffy, and packed with garlicky, buttery flavor. They’re made with simple ingredients and ready in under 30 minutes! Perfect as a side for pasta night, pizza, or just as a tasty snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Cooking spray or a bit of oil for greasing


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 12×8 inches.

  3. Cut the dough into 12 equal strips using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.

  4. Tie each strip into a loose knot. Tuck the ends under if needed.

  5. Place the knots evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  8. Brush the warm garlic knots with the butter mixture as soon as they come out of the oven.

  9. Optional: Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.


Notes

  • You can use homemade pizza dough instead of store-bought.

  • Add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.

  • These are best served warm but can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
