4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced
-
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
-
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-
Cooking spray or a bit of oil for greasing
Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
-
Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 12×8 inches.
-
Cut the dough into 12 equal strips using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.

Tie each strip into a loose knot. Tuck the ends under if needed.
-
Place the knots evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
-
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
-
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
-
Brush the warm garlic knots with the butter mixture as soon as they come out of the oven.
-
Optional: Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
-
You can use homemade pizza dough instead of store-bought.
-
Add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
-
These are best served warm but can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
