Description

These easy and delicious garlic knots are soft, fluffy, and packed with garlic flavor. Perfect as a side dish or appetizer, they’re made from simple ingredients and baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 12 equal strips.
  3. Tie each strip into a knot and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each knot.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Optional: Brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
