- 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough (16.5 oz)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup mandarin oranges
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, to prevent fruit browning)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the sugar cookie dough and cut into egg shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each cooled cookie.
- Decorate with assorted sliced fruits to resemble Easter eggs.
- Optionally, brush with lemon juice to prevent browning of fruits.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before serving.

- Cookies can be baked a day ahead and stored in an airtight container.
