Description

Dragon Noodles are a quick and spicy Asian-inspired noodle dish made with a sweet and tangy sauce, stir-fried noodles, and optional protein like eggs or chicken.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz ramen noodles (or any stir-fry noodles)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Optional: cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu
  • Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, rice vinegar, and minced garlic to make the sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat.
  4. Crack in the eggs and scramble until just set. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the cooked noodles and pour in the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Stir in the scrambled eggs and optional cooked protein, mixing well.
  7. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until heated through.
  8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Use chili garlic sauce or gochujang for a different kind of heat.
  • Add vegetables like bell peppers, carrots, or snap peas for extra nutrition.
  • This dish is perfect for quick weeknight dinners.
