1 cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)

1/4 cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)

1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted coconut oil

1/3 cup honey (optional)

1 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 tsp baking soda
Optional Dog-Friendly Frosting:

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 6-inch cake pan or line with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin, peanut butter, oil, eggs, and honey (if using).

Stir in flour, oats, and baking soda until fully combined.

Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
