1/2 teaspoon paprika
-
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
-
5 cloves garlic, minced
-
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
-
1/3 cup chicken broth
-
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
8 ounces pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
-
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
-
Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
-
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.

Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

-
Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes to reduce slightly.
-
Return the chicken to the skillet, stir to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
-
Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese, tossing everything together until well mixed and heated through.
-
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
-
Use chicken thighs for even juicier bites.
-
Add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor and color.
-
Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
