Description

This Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is an easy, comforting dish that combines the flavors of traditional lasagna with the simplicity of ravioli. Layered with cheese, sauce, and your favorite ravioli, it’s the perfect meal for busy nights. Just let your slow cooker do all the work!

Ingredients

  • 1 (25-ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli

  • 1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce

  • 1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  2. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.

  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker.

  4. Add a layer of frozen ravioli on top of the sauce.

  5. Spoon half of the ricotta mixture over the ravioli and spread it evenly.

  6. Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the ricotta.

  7. Repeat the layers (sauce, ravioli, ricotta mixture, mozzarella) until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of mozzarella cheese on top.

  8. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the ravioli is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can add cooked ground beef or sausage for extra protein.

  • If you prefer a creamier texture, you can substitute half of the marinara sauce with Alfredo sauce.

  • Use fresh basil and oregano if available for a more vibrant flavor.
