Scale
- 4 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise to expose the meat. Gently pull the meat above the shell while keeping it attached at the base.
- Brush lobster tails with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- While lobster tails are baking, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese. Let the sauce simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove lobster tails from the oven and spoon the creamy garlic butter sauce over each tail.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster tails for the best flavor and texture.
- Don’t overcook the lobster to avoid a rubbery texture.
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
