Description

Succulent lobster tails smothered in a rich, creamy garlic butter sauce make for a decadent and elegant dish perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise to expose the meat. Gently pull the meat above the shell while keeping it attached at the base.
  3. Brush lobster tails with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  5. While lobster tails are baking, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese. Let the sauce simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Remove lobster tails from the oven and spoon the creamy garlic butter sauce over each tail.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
