Description

This creamy, cheesy Crab Rangoon Dip is everything you love about the classic takeout appetizer—turned into an easy, crowd-pleasing dip. It’s packed with crab meat, cream cheese, and savory seasonings, and it’s perfect for dipping with crispy wonton chips or veggies.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 green onion, chopped (plus more for garnish)

  • 6 oz lump crab meat (drained if canned)

  • Wonton chips, crackers, or vegetables (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

  4. Stir in mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onion, and crab meat.

  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and smooth out the top.

  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

  7. Garnish with chopped green onions.

  8. Serve warm with wonton chips, crackers, or veggies.


Notes

  • You can use fresh, canned, or imitation crab meat—just make sure it’s well-drained.

  • To make it ahead, assemble and refrigerate, then bake just before serving.

  • Add a pinch of chili flakes or a dash of hot sauce for a spicy kick.
