Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber (optional for topping)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 6-8 minutes.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Prepare rice or quinoa according to package instructions, if not already cooked.
- To assemble the bowls, divide the rice or quinoa among serving bowls.
- Top each bowl with cooked ground beef and a generous scoop of cottage cheese.
- Drizzle hot honey over the top of each bowl.
