Description

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, cover the saucepan, turn off the heat, and let eggs sit for 10-12 minutes.
- Drain and cool the eggs under cold running water or in an ice bath.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork and mix in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
Notes
- You can use a piping bag for a neater presentation.
- Customize with add-ins like relish, hot sauce, or herbs.
