Description

This chopped chicken Caesar salad wrap is a quick, easy, and delicious lunch or light dinner idea. Packed with juicy chicken, crisp romaine, crunchy croutons, and creamy Caesar dressing, all wrapped in a soft tortilla — it’s your favorite salad in a handheld form!

 


Ingredients

  • cups cooked chicken breast, chopped (grilled or rotisserie)

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup croutons, crushed slightly

  • 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 

  • Optional: bacon bits or sliced cherry tomatoes for extra flavor


Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons.

  • Toss everything together until well mixed and coated in dressing.

  • Season with a little salt and pepper if desired.

  • Warm the tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll.

  • Divide the salad mixture evenly between the two tortillas.

  • Fold in the sides and roll up tightly into a wrap.

 

  • Slice in half and serve immediately.


Notes

  • You can swap in whole wheat or spinach tortillas for extra nutrition.

  • Make it vegetarian by using crispy tofu or chickpeas instead of chicken.

  • Wraps are best enjoyed fresh but can be wrapped in foil and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
