Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge is a rich, creamy treat made with layers of smooth chocolate and sweet peanut butter, perfect for holidays, parties, or a quick indulgent dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Pour half of the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and butter. Microwave for 30-45 seconds until melted and smooth.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining chocolate mixture and smooth out the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
- Cut into squares and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
- Use crunchy peanut butter for added texture if preferred.
- Add a sprinkle of sea salt or chopped nuts on top for extra flavor.
- Let fudge sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before cutting for clean slices.
