Description

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge is a rich, creamy treat made with layers of smooth chocolate and sweet peanut butter, perfect for holidays, parties, or a quick indulgent dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Pour half of the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Set aside.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and butter. Microwave for 30-45 seconds until melted and smooth.
  6. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer and spread evenly.
  7. Top with the remaining chocolate mixture and smooth out the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  9. Cut into squares and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • Use crunchy peanut butter for added texture if preferred.
  • Add a sprinkle of sea salt or chopped nuts on top for extra flavor.
  • Let fudge sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before cutting for clean slices.
