- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, and half of the Swiss cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and ham mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining Swiss cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Try adding a splash of milk if you prefer a thinner sauce.
- Substitute Swiss with mozzarella or provolone if preferred.
