Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the drained pineapple chunks, crushed pineapple, sugar, and flour. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
