- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- Preheat and prepare baking dish: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Mix base ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and minced garlic. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add cheeses and seasonings: Stir in the chopped artichokes, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
