- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Lettuce leaves, shredded
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to combine.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave until pliable.
- Spread a little mayonnaise on each tortilla.
- Spoon the seasoned beef onto each tortilla.
- Top with shredded cheese, onions, tomatoes, pickles, and shredded lettuce.
- Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
- Fold the tortillas and serve warm.
