Description

Cheeseburger Tacos combine the classic flavors of a cheeseburger with the fun and convenience of tacos, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Lettuce leaves, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to combine.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave until pliable.
  4. Spread a little mayonnaise on each tortilla.
  5. Spoon the seasoned beef onto each tortilla.
  6. Top with shredded cheese, onions, tomatoes, pickles, and shredded lettuce.
  7. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
  8. Fold the tortillas and serve warm.
