Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place cauliflower florets in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
- Transfer the cauliflower to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 5-6 minutes, then let it cool.
- Place the cooled cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, oregano, garlic powder, and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape into a pizza crust about 1/4-inch thick.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and firm.
- Remove from oven, add desired toppings, and return to oven for another 5-10 minutes.
Notes
- Ensure the cauliflower is well-drained to avoid a soggy crust.
- You can add herbs like basil or thyme for extra flavor.
- Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
