Description

Rich and fudgy brownies swirled with creamy peanut butter and topped with a luscious caramel drizzle, perfect for dessert lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Dollop peanut butter and caramel sauce over the top of the batter and use a knife to swirl through the batter.
  7. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top, if using.
  8. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Let cool in the pan before drizzling with additional caramel and slicing into squares.

Notes

  • Use crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
  • Warm individual brownies slightly before serving for gooey texture.
