Description

A light and refreshing Caprese Zoodle Salad made with spiralized zucchini, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil, perfect for a healthy meal or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spiralize the zucchinis into noodles and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls to the bowl.
  3. Tear the basil leaves and sprinkle them over the salad.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad.
