Description

This easy no-bake Butterscotch Cool Whip Pie is the perfect dessert when you want something sweet and creamy without turning on the oven. Made with just a few simple ingredients, it’s rich, fluffy, and full of nostalgic butterscotch flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant butterscotch pudding mix

  • 1 cup cold milk

  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)

  • Optional: extra Cool Whip or whipped cream for topping

  • Optional: butterscotch chips or caramel drizzle for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant butterscotch pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).

  2. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined and fluffy.

  3. Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

  5. Before serving, top with extra Cool Whip, butterscotch chips, or a drizzle of caramel if desired.
