Description

Rich and fudgy mini brownie bites that are perfect for snacking or parties. These bite-sized treats are easy to make and packed with chocolate flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin pan or line with mini paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until well blended.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until fully combined.
  5. Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared mini muffin pan, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow brownie bites to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
