- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin pan or line with mini paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until well blended.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until fully combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared mini muffin pan, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow brownie bites to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- You can add nuts or caramel bits for extra flavor.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Great for freezing—just thaw before serving.
