Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup cooked diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, and eggs.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the diced ham, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use reduced-fat cheese and ham for a lighter version.
